Jhanvi Ghelani, P.T. , M.S.
Jhanvi is a certified physical therapist in a field of acute care rehabilitation, long term care, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and neuromuscular rehabilitation. She is an elite health care professional who helps maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and health. In addition, she is involved in promoting health, wellness, and fitness through risk factor identification and the implementation of services to reduce risk, slow the progression of or prevent functional decline and disability, and enhance participation in chosen life situations. She is very skilled in planning, organizing, and directing programs for the care of patients of all ages who are disabled by illness, accident, or were born with a physical challenge. She is very passionate in helping her patients on their healing journey.
Sarah Esku, l.m.t
Sarah obtained an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy at the Swedish Institute, Inc. in 2001. With a New York State license, she has been using her skills (Swedish/Deep Tissue/Medical & Sports Massage) in different work environments. These includes volunteering for non-profit organizations, helping medical caregivers, and working for New York Sports Club, Medical Skin Care & Bodywork Spas, and Chiropractor’s Clinic. In 2004, Sarah studied esthetics at Atelier Esthetique to use skin care therapy as another avenue to improving health, following the motto, “Let’s look as good as we can feel.” Meeting NYS requirements, Sarah furthered her skills with Continue Educational Courses in Medical massage for Neck/Shoulders and Sciatica, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal/Postpartum Care, Infant massage (certified to educate parents), Massage for Fibromyalgia, and Massage Cupping. Sarah enjoys combining Eastern & Western modalities in all her therapy treatments.
Ksenia S., l.m.t
Ksenia has graduated from the Swedish Institute in 2013 and since then has taken a variety of medical massage and deep tissue continuing education courses. As a former ballroom dancer and a certified Personal Trainer, Ksenia focuses on restoration of the body movement by decreasing maladaptive behavior, muscle tension and restriction. She also helps patients find relief from pain through improved body alignment and body awareness so they can continue to pursue the activities they enjoy. Her massage style is a combination of sport and deep tissue massage with assisted stretching and PNF techniques. She can also provide a nurturing massage with a variety of pressure preferences.
Jackie is a 200 Hour registered yoga teacher and currently completing her 500 Hour certification. She is also Reiki attuned at the first level. Jackie first discovered yoga over 10 years ago. What started as a practice quickly began to unfold into a way of living. She holds yoga as a chance to dance in the wholeness of life. Each moment, each breath is an opportunity to dive deeper; to surrender and open more fully. Jackie teaches at studios all around NYC, as well as private clients. Her heart sings living a life that serves others in their journey, all the while inspiring the art of being fully alive.
Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Mariela Dorado showed a passion for movement at an early age. Growing up she trained intensively in gymnastics and dance, eventually leading her to complete her B.F.A. in Dance Performance from the Masón Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. During her college years, the long hours of resulted in injuries to both of her knees. Mariela turned to Pilates as a means of healing her injury, and immediately fell in love.
She went on to complete a 450-hour teacher training through Polestar Pilates with whole she became certified to teach Pilates mat and apparatus. Upon the completion of this program, Mariela traveled to Madrid, Spain, where she was given the opportunity to teach Pilates in her native language at Centro Slings. In 2014, Mariela spent a year in London, UK studying Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Mariela went on to become a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, and currently specializes in Pilates for post rehabilitation and pre/post natal.
Annie is a New York-based yoga instructor, who fell in love with yoga during the first class she ever attended. She loves the depth to which yoga fosters a physical awareness and joyful insight into life that serves not only her yoga practice, but every facet of her life. Ms. Hartkemeyer works individually with patients at Restore353 to provide them with the tools they need for healing. In addition to traditional yoga asana (poses), she incorporates yogic breathing techniques, meditation techniques, strength building, self-massage, nutritional planning, and practical daily stretch routines, according to each patient’s individual needs and goals. She teaches private clients, group classes, and workshops. Ms. Hartkemeyer received her training at Sonic Yoga in Hell's Kitchen, and has received additional training to work with veterans, who suffer from PTSD.
Lauren Gray Cundiff is a Pilates Instructor and movement artist with a passion and curiosity for the human body. After studying dance in Ohio, West Virginia, and Saipan, Lauren enrolled at Marshall University and graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Exercise Science with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Cum Laude with a second BS in Biomechanics before moving to New York City. Lauren works to infuse her love of health, movement, and art into everything she does. As a continuation of movement studies and body awareness, she entered into Pilates Mat training in 2012, followed by her Pilates Apparatus training in 2014. Both programs were taught under Pilates Method Alliance certified instructor and Artistic Director and Founder of 4th Avenue Arts, Jessica Lynn Fox. Adding to her study of the human body, Lauren earned her Yoga Alliance RYT200 certification in 2014. To continue her education and growth in the health professions and performing arts, she moved to New York City, and Lauren is currently a Pilates Apparatus Instructor and the MOD at Equinox on W. 76th, a Physiotherapist at Duke Chiropractic, and is now thrilled to be apart of the team at Restore 353.
Janice Kelly is a yoga/Pilates instructor and wellness professional with over 20 years experience. She received her 200 RYT from Pure Yoga with additional training in prenatal and meditation, and received her Pilates certification from Power Pilates. Janice currently teaches pilates, yoga, stress relief, mindfulness, and meditation for clients. She has worked with companies such as the National Basketball Association (NBA), Tiffany & Co., PHV Corp (owner of Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger), Univision, and Alicart Group. Janice is known for her focused yet lighthearted demeanor and always strives to serve the deepest needs of her patients whether it’s helping them build strength or ease discomfort in order for them to feel their best. Before teaching, Janice was a professional Broadway/ballet dancer as well as a hedge fund technology analyst, and is a finance graduate of Fordham University.
Micayla Wynn is a PMA®-CPT through Polestar Pilates specializing in Pilates for rehabilitation. Originally a dancer, Micayla attended Mason Gross School of The Arts at Rutgers University and is a B.F.A. Summa Cum Laude graduate (2017). Micayla has also studied and taught Pilates abroad under Polestar Asia. Micayla was originally drawn to research and study Pilates following a severe injury where she first encountered the practice of Pilates for rehabilitation. Micayla appreciates the connection of a personalized Pilates and movement experience. She seeks to understand individualized growth and progress through focusing on the integration of movement into daily lifestyle. Her strong usage of imagery, breath and prop utilization awakens the body’s potential through the channel of Pilates
Demi Muller, l.m.t
Demi Muller is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Because of her passion for holistic health, physical fitness, and caring for others, she became a massage therapist. Her work combines both Eastern and Western modalities. By blending her training in deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, shiatsu, acupressure, tui na, and varied stretching techniques, she strives to create an effective and relaxing treatment tailored to each client’s individual goals. She specializes in sports massage, injury recovery, prenatal, and postpartum treatments.
Demi is currently pursuing a degree in nursing and is devoted to expanding her knowledge and ability as a health care practitioner.
Jillian Zambelli, l.m.t
Jillian has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2002. She is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of the AMTA. In addition she also holds her personal training certification through the C.H.E.K organization, and holds a certification in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. Her passion is in educating her clients in posture and movement to prevent injuries or in helping those already injured. In pinpointing muscle imbalances, structural asymmetries, and faulty movement patterns she uses myofascial release, active release techniques (ART), trigger point therapy, as well as spinal decompression and myofascial stretches to help her clients move better and thus feel better. She loves the outdoors and when not hiking or rock scrambling you might find her underwater scuba diving.

Ruth has been a licensed LMT for 22 years, and specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial soft tissue release, Swedish massage, pre/postnatal massage, sports massage, deep tissue with postural correction, and trigger point therapy. She also provides treatment offering a lighter therapeutic touch for those who would like to avoid deep tissue treatment. Ruth is always eager to gain more knowledge and better her treatment, in order to heal a patient from within.
Emi is a Pilates Instructor at Restore 353 who believes in a holistic approach to teaching her clients overall health and wellness. She likes her clients to feel challenged in their sessions (you'll get a little sweaty!) and leave with a new sense of gratitude for all the amazing things their bodies can do. She believes that Pilates is for everybody and every body, and that a little hard work goes a long way to restoring your body to optimal mobility and health!
Michelle G. Roberts, L.M.T
Michelle is a graduate from the Swedish Institute with over 20 yrs experience in Medical and Sports Massage. Michelle continuing education focused on a variety of modalities such as: Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy and Ortho Assessments for neck, shoulder, lower back and hip region. Her caring nature and passion is helping those suffering from musculoskeletal pain. Her experience with playing basketball, tennis, volleyball, track and field led her to focusing on clients/athletes performance. Improving her clients posture, mobility and performance is an important goal so she incorporates various techniques, combined with Assisted Stretching and PNF stretching. In Michelle's spare time you can find her hiking, biking, and playing tennis.
