Jackie is a 200 Hour registered yoga teacher and currently completing her 500 Hour certification. She is also Reiki attuned at the first level. Jackie first discovered yoga over 10 years ago. Each moment, each breath is an opportunity to dive deeper; to surrender and open more fully. Jackie teaches at studios all around NYC, as well as private clients. Her heart sings living a life that serves others in their journey, all the while inspiring the art of being fully alive.
Annie is a New York-based yoga instructor, who fell in love with yoga during the first class she ever attended. She loves the depth to which yoga fosters a physical awareness and joyful insight into life that serves not only her yoga practice, but every facet of her life. Ms. Hartkemeyer works individually with patients at Restore353 to provide them with the tools they need for healing. In addition to traditional yoga asana (poses), she incorporates yogic breathing techniques, meditation techniques, strength building, self-massage, nutritional planning, and practical daily stretch routines, according to each patient’s individual needs and goals. She teaches private clients, group classes, and workshops across New York City and beyond. Ms. Hartkemeyer received her training at Sonic Yoga in Hell's Kitchen, and has received additional training to work with veterans, who suffer from PTSD.
